Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using MatchMGT (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, visitors and any other person who accesses or uses the Service.

2. Description of the service

MatchMGT is an application for managing personal contacts and relationships. It allows you to record profiles, analyze WhatsApp conversations with artificial intelligence, manage availability and receive date suggestions.

The Service includes a free version with limited features (up to 5 contacts) and subscription plans with full access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User accounts

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Each person may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension of all of them.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of third parties or restrict or inhibit their use of the Service.

It is prohibited to use the Service to: harass, intimidate or harm other people; upload illegal, defamatory or obscene content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to third-party systems or accounts; carry out activities that interfere with the operation of the Service.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign or commercially exploit the Service without our express written authorization.

5. User content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (notes, contact data, imported chats).

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to process and store that content for the sole purpose of providing you with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload third-party information without their consent.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of AI-generated analyses, which are for guidance only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

6. Subscriptions and payments

The free plan allows you to manage up to 5 contacts with basic access to the Service.

Subscription plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel them.

Payments are processed exclusively through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and handles taxes, currency and tax compliance on behalf of MatchMGT. All prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD).

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days’ prior notice. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or for unused subscriptions.

If you cancel your subscription, you keep access to the Pro features until the end of the current billing period, at no additional charge.

In the event of a billing error attributable to MatchMGT (duplicate charge, incorrect amount or other verifiable technical error), we will process the corresponding refund within 7 business days.

To request a refund for a billing error, write to us at [email protected] with the details of the transaction.

Payments processed through Polar are additionally subject to Polar’s refund policy as merchant of record.

8. Artificial intelligence

Chat analysis and AI-generated suggestions are for guidance only. We do not guarantee their accuracy and are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of them.

The texts processed are sent to the Anthropic API (Claude). By using this feature, you accept the Anthropic terms of use applicable to data processing.

Do not upload confidential, sensitive or third-party information to the chat analyzer that you have not been authorized to share.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its source code, design, logos, trademarks and proprietary content, is the exclusive property of MatchMGT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service, or reverse engineer the software.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Our maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the last 3 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Upon termination of your account, all your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the application or by email.

Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
